Orders are usually shipped within 5-15 business days after your order is processed. Depending on the shipping method selected, shipments normally take an additional 2-7 business days to arrive. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours, excluding company holidays.

We are very sorry, but due to the custom decoration on each item, there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Please refer to size charts available on apparel items before placing an order. Return Authorization for Damaged or Defective Goods: An R.A. must be obtained prior to returning any item that is damaged or defective. All returns must have the Return Authorization Number included in the mailing address and the package must include a copy of the original packing slip or R.A. form. Please be prepared to provide the following information: Invoice number or Order number on which the goods were purchased. Product Number(s) to be returned, along with the quantity, size and reason for return.

We do require that you obtain a return authorization PRIOR to sending back an item.

Once items are received (with the corresponding RA), a credit card refund to the original credit card, or store credit will be processed. This credit may be applied to future orders. Items returned without an RA may not receive credit.
